Hi there! I am now a second-year Master student at the Department of Computational Biology, School of Life Science,Fudan University, supervised by Prof. Huijuan Feng. I received my B.S. degree from East China University of Science and Technology in 2021, where I worked with Prof. Yun Tang and Guixia Liu on the Network Based Pharmacology and AI Based Drug Design.
Currently my research interests lie in the AI for Bioscience, mostly concerned about LLMs-driven DNA, RNA, protein and functional research. I will dedicate myself to exploring the foundation models in life science and translate the results into disease treatment.
I am also interested in Chinese programing language: Y-language. It is useful to develop user-friendly UI and assistant tools such as Crawl, Webserver and so on. I was used to apply it to scenarios with high concurrency. Therefore, feel free to email me if you have questions!
